Today I fell off the cookie wagon. It had been at least a month, maybe longer since I’d had one of the delectable cookies at work. It was tough - those cookies are everywhere. They’re in the coffee shop in the morning, they’re by the cash register at lunch time, they’re piled up when we bring dinner in. I successfully resisted for quite some time, but today my will was week. I ate a cookie.

And since it’s probably been about as long since I had a cookie as since I wrote on my blog, I figured I’d fall off the blog-free wagon too. No, I wasn’t trying not to write or anything. I just got rather busy with work and such.

I signed up for Blockbuster Online a few weeks ago. I was choosing between that and Netflix, and sadly for the underdog, Blockbuster won me over. They had a better deal - for the same price, both get me 3 movies at a time. But with Blockbuster, I can bring any movie in to the store and get another one sent out immediately plus get one from the store. Not that I’ve gone to a store yet. But they convinced me with their flashy promises. I’ve been trying to catch up on all the movie watching I hadn’t been doing.

Seen a few really good movies - it’s pretty awesome to get a movie in the mail every few days. I’d belonged to Netflix and Blockbuster both in the past, and I’d really enjoyed it. But with one thing and another, I canceled my subscriptions. But now I’m back! With an ever growing queue and an insatiable movie hunger!

And I’m back, with an insatiable cookie hunger and random blatherings to share with all you folk on the interweb.
