Maybe, if this weren’t my problem, this would be kind of funny. I had yet another alleged appointment with Comcast today, and yet again they didn’t show up. I’m starting to think they’re trying to screw with me on purpose.

I called weeks and weeks ago and the first appointment I could get that wasn’t during work hours was for today. I kept calling to try to get a closer appointment time because I was without internet most of the time, and that was just ridiculous. After last week’s fiasco, I spoke to a supervisor who refunded my money for this month’s cable and claimed to fill out some sort of rush ticket so they’d know they had to get to me soon. Well. Apparently what she really did was move my existing, long waited for appointment from 6-8 pm today to 2-4 pm. Haha, isn’t that funny?

After another long and painful phone call during which the agent I spoke to claimed to know nothing about anything, I now have an appointment for Saturday. And I’m currently on hold with the phone company to look into DSL. Because this is just not acceptable.
