Cleared 10m Trial of the Grand Crusader tonight with NO WIPES. Got some nifty achievements and loot and a lot of excitement!

Finally! We’ve been working on this for about a month. I was starting to feel like maybe we were slightly insane to keep going back over and over again but tonight it all just went right and we downed him on only the second attempt for the night. Our main tank even disconnected briefly but

It wasn’t pretty but we got past the Blood Prince Council and Blood Queen tonight. Super stoked, the fights were challenging and interesting for the healers for a change! Most of Icecrown Citadel has been pretty mindless and putting me to sleep. Now to convince the bosses to drop some caster mail… P.S. Blizzard, please

We just downed Anub’arak in 10 man heroic Trial of the Grand Crusader tonight! It was pretty intense but we made it happen. Didn’t use quite the same strategy as we saw on the Tankspot video, we actually 2 healed it with our shadow priest off-healing in phase 3 to help give that extra bit

I’ve mentioned before my love of achievements, and things haven’t gotten any better in my meaningless-point seeking ways. I find myself spending way too much time in WoW doing things that aren’t even particularly fun because I want some more magic achievement numbers. Someone pointed me at wow-achievements.com and I’ve enjoyed watching myself move up.

Let’s think about this – we’re talking about a world that is entirely composed of nothing. It’s all just computer data. Everything we do, all our leveling and accomplishments in gearing

With two characters at 80, the question was, what next? I geared my shaman out with many a heroic and raid run. My priest is getting there. But really, there’s only so much raiding a girl can do! Time to level again! I had 3 other characters already at 70, waiting for their trip up

Ding! I hit 80 two days ago with my Shaman, Myrendra. Towards the end it was a bit of a grind, but I was behind my guildies and they wanted to start raiding this week, so I had to catch up! I’m a bit dissatisfied with what I’ve seen of Shaman enhancement DPS in Wrath

Gonna pass on your videos to the current 10-man heroic group…they’ve been pounding on Anub recently. Helped them progress past Faction champs and Twins one night for first kills for the guild, but I was just a fill in.
Guild’s been banging on H Beasts 25, but keep getting screwed on the worms somehow. Keep losing a tank or two, which then means DPS gets slaughtered. Did manage to get my Archon Glaive finally, though.

We’ve been getting better at killing heroic Anub, too. Yesterday we downed him without anyone dying. Unfortunately the Faction Champs wiped us once so we didn’t get the extra item – you get a 258 cloak and a wolf mount for completing it without wiping.

Wow…you guys are far ahead of us (though friends in further progressed guilds have said that Beasts, worms particularly, are a stumble point, then isn’t bad till Champs, then easy again till Anub). Having done all but Anub in H ToC10, I’d believe it. Jaraxxus, apart from the extra dps on the portals and volcanoes, seemed pretty much the same. Getting people adjusted to the added debuff on twins may be tough too, but again not much difference (sure, there’s the added balls thing, but not a huge deal).
Hoping we have Beasts down this week in H 25 TOC at least.

Oh, we’re not even working on 25man heroic yet! We’ve been a 10m guild and we were joined up with another guild for 25mans, but never got to heroic. As of this week we started running a 25man made up just of our guild but I think we’re a few weeks away from trying 25m heroic.

An update…so, finally got “Mad Skill” tonight. And got Beasts and Jaraxxus down in ToGC25. Faction Champs look to be a pain, though.

Finally cleared through both on Monday. That Gunship Battle might be one of the more fun fights in the game. Wish I could keep the Jetpack, though.

I like the heroics (though PUGs + Hall of Reflection do not mix). Saurfang is just a pain in the ass fight for the kiters and healers. I feel bad for the healers because they have to heal like mad towards the end. In general, though, that fight annoys me because it dominoes so easily. Most fights, one person dying isn’t game over. Often times, that fight it is because of the huge heal Saurfang gets, made tougher by a stupid bug with priests who double buff Saurfang, due to their Spirit healing him as well when it dies. Looking forward to the new wing in a few weeks.

Hi! Yeah, we’ve cleared Festergut and Rotface on 25m, got Putricide last week on 10m. Haven’t tried the new bosses yet, that’s for Thursday!
